Our Story

Built on two decades of relationships

Unite Talent was founded by Charlotte Cockerill in 2026. Charlotte spent two decades working at a Global FTSE 250 Recruitment Company, where she specialised in delivering HR and People recruitment, and led large Corporate Service recruitment teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Business Support. She built strong customer relationships based on trust, integrity and results. Her hard work and commitment, over two decades, led to an impeccable reputation in the market and a track record of delivering on over 700+ HR Recruitment Campaigns. The creation of Unite Talent was motivated by her desire to work in a more specialised agency, where reputation and relationships are the number one priority.
